Subdomain Setup & Form Tweaks

I need a helping hand for a very small but precise job that I will guide live over AnyDesk on my computer. During the session you will:

• create the sub-domain doctor2.xpertus.com inside cPanel so it mirrors the structure of my other “search” examples
• copy the full file set from one existing example into the new /doctor2/ folder
• open the copied HTML and tweak only a few visible words so the page introduces the new “doctor2” scenario
• adjust the linked Google Form with the same minor wording changes, keeping every field and layout identical otherwise
