Student Information Data Entry

I need help transferring sensitive student-related details into a single, well-organized Excel workbook. The focus is strictly on personal information, and within that, I only require two data points for every student:

• Parent/guardian information
• Medical information

I will supply scanned forms and a template spreadsheet with predefined columns, so you can copy the details straight in without designing anything from scratch. Accuracy and confidentiality are essential; every entry must match the source documents exactly and the file may not be shared or stored elsewhere once the work is complete.
