I have a collection of PDF forms that hold a blend of words and numbers. Each form is laid out as separate, clearly labelled fields rather than tables or paragraphs, and the information within those fields varies from names and dates to assorted notes and reference codes—there’s no single pattern, just miscellaneous content that must be kept exactly as it appears.

Your task is to take every field from every PDF and place it into a well-structured Excel workbook, one row per form. Accuracy is critical: spelling, capitalisation, and numeric values must remain unchanged, and the final spreadsheet should line up field-for-field so it can be filtered or analysed later without additional cleaning.

Deliverables:
• An Excel file (.xlsx) containing one sheet with all forms transcribed, each column representing a field from the original PDFs.
• Consistency check completed—no empty cells where a PDF field held data.
