I am looking for a skilled structural engineer to conduct necessary calculations and provide certifications for specific parts of my project. The calculations and certificates are required to comply with local building regulations.
Details:
1. The structural design must be certified by an approved certifier or supported with structural calculations as per Scottish Building Standards.
2. Confirmation or certification for non-load-bearing walls and new partition work is required.
3. Fire safety requirements, including metal back boxes, fire protection for beams, and fire resistance for walls near boundaries.
4. Environmental details such as soakaway distance and valley gutter specifications.
5. Safety standards for door openings, floor levels, electrical work, and glazing.
6. Energy compliance with U-value calculations and construction details for windows/doors.
I also have previously submitted PDF documents and plans available for reference. Please advise in your bid which sections you can complete.
