I’m wrapping up the structural design of a metal building and now need clear, build-ready details showing how the steel rafters tie into the primary beam, and how that beam in turn seats onto a concrete-slab foundation.

The frame members are all steel, and the footing is a cast-in-place slab. I must follow a set of specific connection standards that I will share once we start, so every plate, weld, bolt, and anchor needs to reflect those requirements exactly.

What I expect from you
• Fully annotated connection drawings—plan, section, and enlarged views—illustrating rafter-to-beam and beam-to-slab interfaces.
• Notes on plate thicknesses, weld sizes, bolt grades, anchor bolt embedment, edge distances, and any required stiffeners or shims.
• PDF sheets for issue plus the editable CAD source files (DWG or a compatible format).

Acceptance criteria
• Dimensions and callouts match the standards package I supply.
• All steel detailing aligns with AISC conventions; concrete anchors meet the cited slab specs.
• Files open cleanly and plot at 1:1 scale without missing fonts or layers.

If something in the standards appears ambiguous, flag it so we can clarify before you finalize.
