I need a small-to-medium real estate website whose core purpose is to let visitors submit purchase or rental requests. When a user lands on a property page or a generic “request form” area, the only mandatory fields will be their contact details; once the form is sent, the system must trigger a dual confirmation—an email with a verification link and an SMS containing a one-time code. The request should remain pending until at least one channel is confirmed; after that, it is stored in the admin dashboard with a clear verified/unverified flag.
A lightweight, responsive front end (React, Vue, or plain HTML/CSS is fine) tied to a secure back-end stack of your choice (Laravel, Node.js, Django, etc.) will work, as long as it allows me to:
• review all verified requests in a sortable table
• export the data as CSV
• update contact info manually if needed
Please include API costs for email and SMS or suggest reputable free-tier services. At hand-over I expect:
• full source code in a Git repo
• a brief README with setup instructions
• database schema or migration files
• deployed demo link for acceptance testing
Let me know your preferred stack and estimated turnaround time so we can get started right away.
