Squarespace Forms + Email Marketing + CRM Automation Setup (Zapier/Make)

I have an existing website built on Squarespace, but it is not yet properly collecting visitor information or feeding qualified leads into my sales funnel.

I am looking for an experienced Squarespace and marketing automation specialist to help transform the website into an effective lead-generation system.

The goal is to ensure that visitors can easily submit their information, automatically receive the appropriate follow-up communications, and have their details sent to both my email marketing platform and CRM with the correct segmentation—without any manual data entry.

Scope of Work

The selected freelancer will be responsible for:

Reviewing the existing Squarespace website and identifying the most important locations for lead capture.
Designing, configuring, and embedding appropriate forms throughout key sections of the website.
Setting up contact forms, newsletter/subscription forms, lead capture forms, or other forms where appropriate.
Configuring form confirmation messages and thank-you pages or messages.
Creating automated responses for new leads and subscribers.
Connecting Squarespace forms to an email marketing platform.
Connecting the automation workflow to my CRM.
Setting up tags, lists, custom fields, or other segmentation rules so that leads are categorized correctly.
Automatically triggering the appropriate email sequence or campaign based on the information submitted.
Using Zapier, Make, native integrations, APIs, or another reliable automation method where necessary.
Testing the complete workflow from form submission through to the email marketing platform and CRM.
