Spreadsheet Data Entry from Scans

I have a set of scanned documents—each page is a block of text rather than tables or forms—and I need that information transferred accurately into a spreadsheet. Your task is straightforward: read each paragraph, extract the required fields I’ll specify (e.g., heading, key figures, citations), and enter them row-by-row in Excel or Google Sheets.

Because the source material is typed scans, not handwritten notes, optical clarity is good, but careful proofreading is still essential; I’m aiming for clean data, consistent capitalization, and zero typos. Once the sheet is complete, send it back in both its native format and as a CSV so I can import it into my college project database.

Acceptance criteria
• All pages transcribed, every requested field filled
• Uniform formatting across every row and column
• Final spreadsheet and CSV delivered by the agreed deadline
