Speed Up WordPress Site

My WordPress pages are taking far too long to load and it’s starting to hurt both user experience and search visibility. The slowdown is clearly on page-load rather than in the dashboard, but I am not even sure what caching or optimisation plugins—if any—are currently active.

Here’s what I need:

• A quick yet thorough audit of the current setup to pinpoint the main bottlenecks.
• Implementation of best-practice fixes: image optimisation, script minification, proper caching, database cleanup, and anything else the audit reveals. Popular tools such as WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, Autoptimize, or server-level solutions are all on the table if they solve the problem.
• Measurable improvement: please benchmark the site with Google PageSpeed Insights or GTmetrix before and after, aiming for a consistent sub-3-second load time on both mobile and desktop.
• A short hand-over note so I can keep things running smoothly once the work is done.
