I have a collection of scanned images written entirely in Spanish that I need converted into editable text. Accuracy is essential, not only in spelling and accents but also in the way the information is arranged. Many pages contain multi-column sections and embedded tables, and I want those elements rebuilt so the finished document mirrors the original layout as closely as possible.
