Our year-end accounts are drafted and ready; I now need a registered UK statutory auditor to carry out the final review and provide the official audit report so we can meet Companies Act 2006 filing deadlines. The job is strictly for statutory compliance—everything must align with ISA (UK) standards and UK GAAP (FRS 102).
You will receive the full trial balance, draft financial statements, working papers, bank confirmations, and supporting schedules. I expect you to perform the required testing, raise any queries, and then issue the signed auditor’s report on your firm’s letterhead, plus a short management letter if material points arise.
Deliverables:
• Signed auditor’s report suitable for Companies House and HMRC
• PDF copy of the report plus original hard copy posted to our registered office
• Brief management letter (if findings warrant)
I’m aiming to complete this within four weeks of engagement and will make myself available for prompt responses to queries throughout the process.
