Spanish-English Legal Document Translation

I have a collection of legal documents written in Spanish that must be rendered into precise, idiomatic English without losing any nuance, clause structure, or formatting. Accuracy is critical because the files will be used in formal proceedings, so every term of art and reference to statute has to read as if originally drafted by an English-speaking lawyer.
The source files arrive in Word and PDF; I will supply them once the project is awarded. I expect the final English versions returned in editable Word format with the original pagination, headings, and numbering intact. A short translator’s note or glossary highlighting any potentially ambiguous terms would also be appreciated.
Please work with whatever CAT tool you prefer—Trados, memoQ, Wordfast, or equivalent—as long as segment integrity and consistency are maintained. All content is confidential, so a simple NDA will need to be signed before I release the files.
Deliverables:
• English translation of each document in Word, mirroring the source layout
• One round of revisions based on my legal team’s feedback, if needed
• Brief glossary / translator’s note on key terminology
Once I review the first file and confirm the tone and terminology are on point, we can proceed with the remaining documents.
