Here is what the job looks like day-to-day: I supply the covering text, all medical details and photographs. You customise and dispatch the emails, track every enquiry in a shared spreadsheet, and chase any slow respondents. Where a clinic insists on an online consultation before quoting, flag it for me and I will join a video call.

Deliverables
• A live log (Google Sheets or Excel) listing every clinic contacted, the date, the contact person, the quoted price, inclusions, and any follow-up notes
• Copies of all outbound and inbound correspondence
• A short summary highlighting the three best offers and your recommended option

Acceptance terms
• If none of the quotes meets my criteria and I do not proceed, your fee will be 20% of your bid amount.
• If I accept and book one of the quotes you sourced, you receive the full bid amount. Submitting a proposal confirms you are comfortable with this risk-sharing arrangement.
