SolidWorks Load-Bearing Part Design

I have an idea for a mechanical part that must both carry significant load and allow controlled movement, and I need a SolidWorks expert to turn this concept into a sound, manufacturable model. Function is the priority—I’m less concerned with surface styling and much more with strength, clearances, and real-world assembly.

You’ll start from my sketches and notes, discuss material and fastening options with me, and then build a fully-parametric SolidWorks model that shows exactly how the part will handle both the load-bearing requirements and the necessary range of motion. If you have access to Simulation or a similar FEA add-in, I’d like to see basic stress results to confirm the concept before we move on to detailing.

Deliverables I need:
• Native SolidWorks (.sldprt / .sldasm) and neutral STEP files
• Dimensioned fabrication drawings with tolerances and a brief BOM
• A short PDF/PNG report or screen captures of any FEA you run, highlighting key stresses and safety factors
