Solar Drawings BoM Preparation

I need a qualified electrical or mechanical engineer who can read my rooftop-solar project drawings and turn them into a procurement-ready Bill of Material. The BoM should cover only the mounting structure and the electrical wiring—solar panels are outside this scope.

For the mounting structure, note the exact material type and all relevant dimensions so a fabricator can quote without extra questions.
For the wiring schedule, include the wire gauge, insulation type, and conduction material for every cable run, separating DC string, AC output, and earthing conductors when they differ.

Deliverables
• Editable spreadsheet (Excel or Google Sheets) listing item codes, descriptions, quantities and units, with the above details clearly captured.
• Short annotation PDF that cross-references each BoM line to the drawing numbers.
• One revision round to resolve any queries.

I’ll provide the DWG and PDF drawings on award; you may work in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, ETAP or similar, provided the final documents arrive in the requested formats. Let me know your experience preparing solar procurement packages and your expected turnaround time.
