BLR/PUNE ONLY - Assemble & Setup Waveshare WAVEGO Robot - 16/10/2026 12:40 EDT

My brand-new Waveshare WAVEGO PI4 KIT is still sealed in its bags—no screws turned, no servos mounted—so I need a hands-on expert in Pune to take it from “box fresh” to a stable, walking quadruped. All printed manuals and the official online guide are on hand, but I’ll rely on your know-how throughout because I have zero prior experience with hobby robots.

Here’s what I expect you to handle from start to finish:

• Inspect every component straight out of the box, flagging or replacing anything missing or damaged.
• Complete the full mechanical build: frame, linkages, bearings, tidy wiring, and neat cable management.
• Align and calibrate all twelve LX-15D servos, setting the horns at the correct neutral angles.
• Flash and configure the Raspberry Pi 4, camera module, and Waveshare control stack—including any required Python libraries, ROS nodes, or the vendor’s demo packages—because I do not yet have the software installed.
• Prove functionality: the dog should stand without drifting, perform at least one forward walk gait, turn on the spot, and stream live video/control from the mobile app or keyboard tele-op.
• Wrap up with a quick handover session in person: charging, safe power-on/off, gait selection, and simple troubleshooting I can do on my own.

Completion is accepted when the robot performs those demo motions reliably on a flat floor and the camera feed is visible over Wi-Fi.

I’m flexible on schedule but would like the job finished within two weekends once you have the kit in hand. All work will be done locally in Pune—either at my place or, if you prefer, you can assemble it at your workshop and bring it back for demonstration.
