SMD PCB Component Update

The existing PCB is functionally sound, but several components need to be swapped for newer equivalents and a handful of additional SMD parts must be integrated without altering the overall board footprint. The layout will stay largely intact; the job is focused on component-level edits rather than a full redesign.
Key work:
• Replace specified components with the updated parts listed in my BOM draft.
• Add two new SMD devices (a low-profile DC-DC converter and a temperature sensor) into the current schematic and layout, observing clearance and impedance rules already in place.
• Update the BOM, pick-and-place, and assembly drawings so everything aligns with these changes.
Deliverables:
• Revised schematic and PCB layout files (Altium Designer preferred, KiCad acceptable).
• Updated BOM with manufacturer part numbers and alternates.
• Regenerated Gerbers, drill files, and pick-and-place data ready for my assembler.
• A short change log outlining every component replaced or added.
Acceptance criteria: Gerbers must pass the same design-rule set currently used; new components should fit within the existing board outline and keep all connectors in their present locations.
Feel free to suggest footprint optimisations if they ease routing, but the core requirement remains SMD component replacement and addition.
