Description:
I need an experienced statistician to analyse anonymised survey data (about 120 to 180 responses, 7-point Likert scale) and 13 to 16 voice recoded Qualitative interviews for a doctoral dissertation in health information systems.
Required
* Proven hands-on experience with PLS-SEM in SmartPLS 4, including two-stage moderation analysis.
* Measurement and structural model assessment (loadings, alpha, CR, AVE, HTMT, bootstrapping, R², f², Q², Bartlett test Cronbach's α and composite reliability Braun & Clarke six-phase thematic analysis NVivo 14+, SRMR).
* Data screening, plus common method bias and non-response bias tests.
* Clear APA 7th tables and written interpretation.
* Master's or PhD in statistics or research methods, with 3 or more years of academic research experience.
Deliverables
* Cleaning and screening report, descriptives, measurement model, structural model (6 hypotheses), moderation plots, and bias checks.
* SmartPLS project file so the work can be reproduced.
* A walkthrough session explaining each test and threshold.
Conditions: confidentiality agreement signed before data is shared. No data kept after the project.
