HR/Talent Acquisition Specialist to Source Project Manager

Cyberk is looking for an experienced freelance Recruiter/HR specialist to help us identify and source a qualified Project Manager for our company. You will be responsible for candidate sourcing and initial screening; the final hiring decision will be made by Cyberk.

Scope of Work
The selected recruiter will be responsible for:
- Understanding our requirements for the Project Manager role (we will provide a detailed job description)
- Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and other channels
- Conducting initial screening to verify candidates' project management experience and skills
- Delivering a shortlist of qualified candidates with their profiles and contact information
- Requirements for the Project Manager Role (for your reference when screening)

Proven experience as a Project Manager
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid)
- Proficiency with tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is a plus

Deliverables
- A shortlist of 3–5 qualified Project Manager candidates
- Candidate summaries including relevant experience, skills, and availability
- Contact information or introduction arrangements for shortlisted candidates
