Smart Contact Finder -- 2

I need an experienced developer to build a simple website that allows users to search and manage people from their own authorized Gmail/Google Contacts and phone contact lists. The goal is to make it easy to find an existing contact when the user knows their name, email address, or phone number.

The website should allow a user to securely connect their Google account using OAuth and search the Google Contacts they have authorized. It should also allow users to import their own phone contacts, such as through CSV, and search those contacts by name, email, or phone number.

The phone-number search should properly handle different formats and, if useful, integrate a legitimate phone-number API to provide non-sensitive information such as country, carrier, line type, and number validity.
