I am building an end-to-end Smart College Management & Student Support System for a B.Tech institution (SDDGPI) and need a developer who can take the project from UI mock-ups through final deployment.
Core scope
The site will carry three secure portals—Student, Faculty and Admin—optimised first for mobile and laptop screens. Authentication must combine traditional email/password with optional two-factor verification. All dashboards are to be highly customisable so individual users can reorder widgets, hide/show modules and adjust basic colour accents while preserving the official Navy Blue, White and Yellow/Gold palette and the SDDGPI logo.
Key modules & workflow requirements
• Student dashboard: academic overview, attendance tracker, assignments/notes repository, test scores, fee ledger, official notices, downloadable forms and personal profile editing.
• Support centre: students raise facility complaints with photo/video evidence; system auto-generates a tracking ID, then moves tickets through Submitted → Assigned → In Progress → Resolved stages.
• Faculty dashboard: shows only subjects assigned, with tools to upload notes, mark attendance and publish results.
• Admin console: full CRUD access to student/faculty records, fee tables, notice board, academic calendars and the complaint pipeline.
Technical expectations
• Modern, responsive front-end (React, Vue or similar) and RESTful or GraphQL backend.
• Clean, professional UI following Material-style principles.
• Secure role-based access, JWT or similar session handling, 2FA integration.
• Well-structured database schema ready for future modules.
• Commented codebase and a brief hand-off guide.
Deliverables
1. Fully functional website deployed to our server/sub-domain.
2. Source code in a private Git repo.
3. Configuration files and database scripts.
4. One-hour walk-through plus setup documentation.
