Bilingual WordPress Elementor Build

I already have every page laid out in Figma with final copy in both German and English; all typography, colours and spacing decisions are locked. What I need now is a developer who can translate those static designs into a live WordPress site built with Elementor, keep the build pixel-accurate, and make sure it looks just as good on phones and tablets as it does on a desktop monitor.

Scope of work
• Spin up a clean WordPress install, add Elementor and configure WPML so users can switch seamlessly between German and English.
• Recreate the exact page structure provided (logistics services, Munich-based business services, legal pages, blog, etc.). No creative changes—implementation only.
• Add a basic contact form (Elementor Forms or similar) and wire it to the company email address.
• Install and configure Yoast for on-page optimisation, meta tags, XML sitemap and basic schema.
• Optimise images, enable caching and minification, and fine-tune Core Web Vitals so the finished site loads fast.
• Check everything thoroughly: responsive breakpoints, navigation, language switcher, form deliverability, 404s, redirects and final QA before launch.

Deliverable
A fully responsive, bilingual website published on the provided hosting account, ready for public release, delivered within 30 days.
