My locally based company needs reliable, ongoing help with full-cycle accounting and annual tax preparation. The role covers day-to-day small-business bookkeeping in QuickBooks, monthly closing, and the planning and filing of federal and state taxes.
To succeed you should already be comfortable with:
• Small business accounting workflows
• Tax filing and proactive tax planning for similar entities
• QuickBooks (desktop or online) for data entry, reconciliation, and reporting
When you respond, focus on the depth of relevant experience you bring to these three areas. A brief note describing comparable clients or past results is enough—no lengthy proposal is necessary at this stage.
Key deliverables will be clean, reconciled books each month and an accurately filed tax return delivered on time, with periodic advice that keeps us compliant and saves on liabilities where possible.
