I want to turn my existing copy of Skyrim VR into a visually stunning, highly immersive experience on my Meta Quest headset (running through PC Link/Air Link). The priority is a carefully chosen set of mods that dramatically improve graphics—lighting, textures, atmospherics, and post-processing—while also introducing VR-specific interaction tweaks so the world feels more natural to handle, grab, block, and cast in.
Here’s the scope I have in mind:
• Curate a stable mod list focused on better graphics and visual effects, plus any tried-and-true plug-ins that enhance VR controls (for example, HIGGS, VRIK, or similar).
• Install and configure everything with a modern mod manager such as Mod Organizer 2 or Vortex, along with SKSE, ENB/ReShade if recommended, and the necessary VR patches.
• Optimise load order, ini settings, and shader options so the game holds a smooth, comfortable frame rate on the Quest at 72 Hz or higher.
• Provide clear, step-by-step documentation so I can repeat or tweak the setup later, including links to every mod used.
• Validate the final build together over a brief remote session: the game must launch without crashes, all mods load correctly, hand interactions track as expected, and there’s no motion-sickness-inducing stutter.
If additional utilities—BethINI, SSEEdit, OpenComposite, or others—make the experience cleaner, include them in the plan. I already have a clean Skyrim VR installation on Steam and a capable PC; what I need now is your know-how to assemble the ultimate Quest-ready mod stack.
