I’m launching a new high-end silk products brand and want an expert to review & refine my landing page copy so I can launch ads without risking Meta, FTC or GMC compliance issues. My goal is powerful, fully compliant copy.

Background:
After setup, GMC received an initial misrepresentation suspension and an appeal was rejected after a multi-month internal audit (1/3). Pivoting my focus from GMC to Meta (to preserve launch deadlines) has introduced layers of additional compliance with Meta and FTC, so I now seek someone to ensure all channels are compliant, before I launch advertising.

Silk has well known beauty benefits, but I’m concerned strict compliance wording could reduce the copy’s educational and conversion potential. It is widely marketed for skin and hair across competitor brands (some with funded studies, some without), but I realise this sits at the tension point within claim compliance.

Scope of work
- Review and refine my landing page copy to comply with FTC truth in advertising, Meta ad policies (avoid triggers around personal health, beauty/medical claims, or implied physical flaws), and Google Merchant Center misrepresentation policies, while keeping the copy persuasive.
- Review my proposed Free Gift promotion setup. I believe the original setup triggered the misrepresentation policy because of an issue with variant names--after research, I believe I have the correct approach, but I want to ensure the approach is compliant across all channels before implementation.

Ideal Candidate
- Proven track record resolving Meta Ad Policy / FTC / GMC compliance issues for beauty, wellness, skincare, or silk brands.
- Exceptional copywriting skills; ability to make copy legally sound without losing its persuasiveness.
