Certified Ohio Healthcare Advocate Needed

I need a certified healthcare advocate located in Ohio who can step in right away to guide a general patient population through the maze of appointments, insurance, and billing. A mid-level background is essential—you should already know your way around payer portals, hospital billing departments, and standard appeals processes without constant supervision.

Day-to-day you will:
• Review bills and EOBs, spot errors, and negotiate lower costs or payment plans when possible
• Navigate patients through cost reduction strategies, financial support opportunities, legal referral requests submitted to Rebilled AI Inc for legal partner network.
• Tackle insurance questions, explain benefits clearly, and negotiate insurance denials if possible.


You’ll interact with patients by phone, email, and occasionally in person virtually within Ohio. Reliable documentation in HIPAA-compliant tools, agreement to sign legal agreements, documentation, lpoa, and NDA,s. Providing a concise weekly status summary are required so I always know where each case stands.
