About Zenova Wellness

Zenova Wellness provides home salon and spa services and is developing a network of partner spas, hotels and resorts.

We are operating across Bengaluru, Chennai and Mysuru. We want customers to find suitable nearby partners and continue to our booking pages.

Project requirements

1. Review our existing Shopify website and TA MAPPY configuration.
2. Create or improve a partner locator page using TA MAPPY.
3. Organize partner locations by city: Bengaluru, Chennai and Mysuru.
4. Configure city and partner-category filters using supported TA MAPPY features.
5. Display partner names, addresses or service areas, contact information where approved, descriptions and other agreed profile details.
6. Configure map pins and nearby-location search. Confirm whether customer GPS-based search is supported and what settings or permissions are required.
7. Display approximate distances where technically supported. Explain the distance calculation method and its limitations before implementation.
8. Add a booking button or link to each relevant partner profile, connecting customers to the correct Shopify booking page.
9. Keep the customer journey clear: select city → find a suitable partner → view profile → book a service.
10. Ensure the locator works on Android mobile browsers, desktop and common screen sizes.
11. Add sample locations and test the full customer journey before launch.
12. Provide a short screen-recording tutorial and written handover instructions.

Important business requirement

Our home-service professionals generally travel to the customer's home. Customers should not mistakenly believe that every listed partner location is a place where customers receive services.

The locator must clearly distinguish between partner business locations, service areas and hotel/resort partners. Only show information approved for public display.

Deliverables

- Initial technical audit and written implementation plan.
- Configured TA MAPPY locator page.
- Agreed city filters, partner profiles and booking links.
- Mobile and desktop testing.
- Test results and a list of any unsupported or incomplete features.
- Instructions for adding, editing and removing partner locations.
- Handover of any custom code, documentation and project files.
- Confirmation that the existing website remains functional.

Required experience

Applicants must have experience with Shopify and store-locator or mapping integrations. Experience with TA MAPPY is preferred.

Before quoting

Please confirm which requirements can be completed using TA MAPPY's existing features, which need custom coding, and which are not supported.

Quote the work in stages and identify any additional app subscriptions, mapping API charges or other costs.

Work must be performed through an authorized Shopify collaborator account. No changes to the live theme or paid apps without approval.

All project payments will use Freelancer.com's milestone system. Additional work requires written approval before it begins.
