I’m ready to price a project that involves new water and sewer lines along with associated storm-drainage systems. You’ll receive a full set of stamped plans that already show every run, invert, structure, and detail, so you can dive straight into quantity take-offs rather than hunting for missing information.

What I need back is a complete bid breakdown—unit quantities, material rates, crew hours, equipment time, and any incidental costs—rolled into a clear spreadsheet I can plug straight into my proposal. Please base all figures on the plans provided; no allowance numbers unless you flag the item and note the assumption.

To keep things simple, deliver the estimate in Excel (or compatible Google Sheet) and include a short PDF summary page that highlights total footage, total structures, and overall cost by division. I use Bluebeam Revu and Agtek myself, so if you mark your take-offs in either format it will speed up any clarifications.

The job is considered finished when:
• every utility run and structure on the plan set shows up in the sheet,
• labor, equipment, and material are broken out per line item, and
• any assumptions or exclusions are clearly stated.

If this matches your skill set, let’s get started.
