Before we start, I want to make sure we align on the exact customer journey, website, and mobile apps (iOS & Android) flow for View:
1.Plan Selection on Website: The customer visits the mobile-first website and chooses a 5G SIM plan
.2. Data & SEPA Payment: They fill out a personal info form and enter their IBAN for SEPA Direct Debit (monthly subscription via Stripe).
3. Welcome Credentials: After checkout, they receive a welcome letter/email containing their username and password.
4. App Login & Verification: The customer logs into the iOS or Android app, registers their SIM card number, and uploads their passport/ID document for legal verification to activate the line.
