I’m ready to build a complete taxi-hailing solution and need a skilled mobile team to take it from concept to App Store and Google Play. The project covers both iOS and Android and must offer the same polished experience users know from the major ride-sharing brands.

Core functions are already defined: riders will request trips, track their driver in real-time on a GPS map, and pay seamlessly in-app. Alongside the passenger and driver apps, I also require an Admin dashboard where I can monitor live trips, manage users, adjust pricing or promo codes, and view earnings reports.

You’ll be responsible for:
• Designing clean, intuitive UIs for passenger, driver, and web-based Admin portals
• Building reliable real-time location and routing with Google Maps or Mapbox SDKs
• Integrating secure payments (Stripe, Braintree, or a comparable gateway)
• Implementing push notifications for ride status updates
• Developing a scalable backend (Node.js, Firebase, or similar) with authentication, trip logic, and data storage
• Setting up thorough QA and submitting the apps to both stores under my accounts

Acceptance criteria: a fully functional set of apps passing store reviews, live GPS tracking accurate to within a few meters, payments processed successfully in test and live mode, and an Admin panel where I can edit critical parameters without developer intervention.

If this end-to-end scope is squarely in your wheelhouse, let’s discuss timeline, milestones, and the tech stack you recommend.
