Shopify Migration for Apparel Store

I run an apparel ecommerce site that currently lives on Alippo and I’m ready to shift the entire operation to Shopify. The brand look works well for us, so I’d like the new Shopify storefront to mirror the existing design as closely as the platform allows—same layout, colour palette, typography, and overall shopping flow.

Scope of work
• Set up a fresh Shopify store under my account.
• Custom-configure or lightly code a theme so it replicates the present Alippo design.
• Transfer all live products, images, descriptions, categories/collections, and SEO data.
• Re‐create pages such as About, Contact, Size Guide, etc.
• Configure payment gateways, taxes, shipping rates, and automated emails to match my current settings.
• Ensure the site is fully responsive and loads quickly on mobile.
• Run pre-launch testing (checkout, account creation, coupons) and fix any snags you find.
• Provide a brief hand-over document so I can manage basic updates myself in Shopify.

Acceptance criteria
1. Visual parity with the current Alippo store on desktop and mobile.
2. All products and collections visible and purchasable end-to-end in Shopify.
3. No 404s or broken links after domain is pointed to Shopify.
4. Store passes Shopify’s speed and accessibility checks.

If you’ve handled similar migrations, especially where the original design had to be preserved, I’d love to see examples. Let’s keep downtime to an absolute minimum and get this live as soon as practical.
