Shopify Fix & AI Support Automation

My Shopify site needs a tidy end-to-end overhaul. First priority is a stubborn password-reset bug that’s preventing customers from getting back into their accounts. Once that is stable, I want the entire store—both the physical and digital product lines—integrated cleanly so inventory, tax, shipping, and downloads all run through a single, streamlined flow.

After the core e-commerce setup is finished, I’d like to layer in an AI-driven support assistant. The goal is to handle first-line enquiries automatically: replying to common questions, processing straightforward refund or exchange requests, and escalating anything complex to me with a clear summary. Whether you lean on ChatGPT, a fine-tuned webhook solution, or a service like Zendesk/Intercom with AI capabilities is up to you, as long as response accuracy and tone match my brand.
