Instagram & WhatsApp E-commerce Growth executive (Social Media Sales & Lead Conversion)
Project Description
We are looking for a results-driven, highly engaging Social Media & Sales executive to take total ownership of our Instagram page and WhatsApp business channels. Our brand sells unique, damage-free magnetic photo frames (tailored for home decor, specifically in India).
We don't just want someone to post engaging videos / posts / carousels, we want someone who can drive sales, close leads, and consistently grow our monthly order volume.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content & Posting: Schedule and post engaging reels, carousels, and stories on Instagram (blending Malayalam and English to connect with our local audience).
2. Lead Generation & Engagement: Actively engage with followers, respond to comments, and handle incoming DMs promptly.
3. WhatsApp & Instagram Sales Conversion: Nurture leads coming from Instagram over to WhatsApp (or handle them directly in DMs), answer customer queries, overcome objections, and convert conversations into paid orders.
4. Order Management: Take down order details accurately and coordinate fulfillment.
5. Growth Strategy: Brainstorm and execute organic growth tactics, engagement campaigns, and sales strategies to increase monthly order volume consistently month-over-month.
Requirements & Skills:
Proven experience in social media management, e-commerce sales, or direct-to-consumer (D2C) brand growth.
Excellent communication and closing skills via Instagram DMs and WhatsApp.
Familiarity with the Indian market ( specifically Kerala , Tamilnadu, Bangalore , Hyderabad, Mumbai , Delhi, Pune primarily and all other locations in India )/audience (ability to craft relatable local language + English captions is a huge plus, as seen in our brand style).
Data-driven mindset: Must be focused on metrics, conversion rates, and scaling sales month-over-month.
Proactive, creative, and reliable.
Deliverables & KPIs:
Consistent daily/weekly posting schedule.
High conversion rate from DM/WhatsApp inquiries to confirmed sales.
Primary KPI: Monthly growth in total order volume.
