We’re looking for an experienced Senior Web3 Game Developer to join our team and help build a blockchain-powered gaming platform.
The project involves developing engaging real-time games with Web3 wallet integration, token mechanics, smart contracts, and on-chain interactions. We already have the initial project direction and are looking for a developer who can take the existing concept and turn it into a polished, production-ready MVP.
Responsibilities
Develop and maintain browser-based Web3 games.
Implement game logic, gameplay systems, UI, animations, and interactive features.
Integrate Web3 wallets and blockchain functionality.
Implement token-based rewards and on-chain game mechanics.
Work with smart contracts and integrate contract interactions into the frontend.
Build secure transaction and reward flows.
Optimize game performance across desktop and mobile browsers.
Work closely with the technical team to refine gameplay and architecture.
Review the existing codebase and improve the implementation where necessary.
Help prepare the project for production deployment.
Technical Requirements
Strong experience with JavaScript / TypeScript.
Strong experience with React and modern frontend development.
Experience with Three.js, Phaser, PixiJS, or another browser game engine.
Solid understanding of Web3 and blockchain development.
Experience integrating MetaMask, WalletConnect, or similar wallets.
Experience working with EVM-compatible networks.
Experience interacting with Solidity smart contracts.
Familiarity with ethers.js or viem.
Experience with token/reward mechanics and blockchain transactions.
Understanding of game performance optimization and responsive UI.
Nice to Have
Previous experience building online gaming or casino-style game mechanics.
Experience with multiplayer or real-time systems.
Experience with provably fair or verifiable game mechanics.
Experience with game economies and reward systems.
Experience with Base, Ethereum, Polygon, or other EVM networks.
Familiarity with Hardhat or Foundry.
Experience deploying Web3 applications to production.

We’re looking for someone who can work independently, understand an existing codebase quickly, and take ownership of the technical implementation.
You should be comfortable working across game development, frontend, Web3 integration, and smart-contract interactions, rather than focusing on only one part of the stack.
Project Timeline
The initial goal is to develop the MVP within approximately 3 months, with the possibility of continued development after the MVP.
Before moving forward, we may ask candidates to review the existing project/PoC and provide their proposed technical approach, estimated timeline, and budget.
