Seller Central Reimbursement Case Manager

I run an Amazon store and I need a dedicated person who can open, track, and close reimbursement claims inside Seller Central every working day. You will spend most of your time inside the Case Log, talking to the Seller Central AI Bot, following up with live agents when needed, and making sure every eligible removal order error is fully reimbursed.

Your workflow will rely heavily on ChatGPT. I expect you to use it for:
• Generating images of our items so that you can have it for evidence
• Analyzing downloaded case and inventory data to spot missed opportunities
• Generating summary reports that show what was filed, what was approved, and what still needs escalation

An intermediate grasp of Seller Central is essential. You should already feel comfortable with FBA fee tables, shipment reconciliation, and the standard reimbursement templates. I will provide account access, previous case histories, and my internal SOPs; you tighten the process, keep response times under 24 hours, and hit reimbursement targets we set together.

This is a full-time, long-term engagement. Daily report in Google Sheets will serve as the primary acceptance criteria. If you can demonstrate consistent recoveries and clear, data-backed communication, we will expand your responsibilities into adjacent account health tasks.
