At JobHuntingU (JHU), we help job seekers, specifically tech/IT professionals and career switchers, bypass broken ATS portals and HR gatekeepers to get directly in front of decision-makers.
We are looking for a dedicated, details-driven Facebook Lead Generation Specialist to run our daily organic growth and outreach engine. This is not a high-level strategy role; it is a hands-on daily execution role focused on building genuine human connections, starting real conversations, qualifying leads, and bringing job seekers into our community.
You will work closely with our custom AI writing assistant ("Comment Coach") and follow structured daily playbooks to engage targeted audiences on Facebook.
Core Responsibilities
1. Facebook Group Engagement & Lead Gen (Primary Daily Focus)
Targeted Monitoring: Daily monitoring of Tier 1 & Tier 2 job-seeker, tech, and local employment groups in Metro Vancouver and Canada.
Empathetic Commenting: Use our custom AI tool (Gemini Comment Coach) to draft responses, then humanize and refine them into concise (2-4 line) helpful, hyper-specific tips.
DM Qualification Arc: Manage 1-on-1 DM conversations with users who engage with our content. Qualify their job search pain points naturally without aggressive sales pitches.
Account & Network Growth: Send targeted friend requests to high-intent leads following safe daily limits, manage notifications, and maintain tracking logs.
Page & Story Publishing: Schedule 2-3 value-driven Facebook Page posts per week and publish simple daily Stories.
2. Lead Tracking & Reporting
Pipeline Management: Track lead progression from initial reply to qualified lead using simple, built-in tracking protocols.
Manager Flagging: Identify "hot leads" (seekers asking for structured help or coaching) and flag them directly to management for immediate follow-up.
Weekly Wins Log: Submit a quick end-of-week log tracking total engagement, DMs, qualified leads, and key learnings.
Ideal Freelancer Profile
