1. Project Overview

I want to build a secure web platform that allows phone owners to register their mobile devices and allows potential buyers to verify the ownership and status of a phone before purchasing it.

The main purpose of the platform is to reduce phone theft, fraud, fake ownership claims, and the resale of phones that are lost, stolen, financed, or involved in ownership disputes.

The platform should work primarily with the phone's IMEI number, registration ID, and a unique QR code.

The concept is:
