Convert Web App to Flutter

I have an existing web application that works well in the browser but I’m ready to give users a truly native experience on both iOS and Android. I will provide the current web app, the user flows that matter most on mobile, and all design assets. Your task is to rebuild the product in Flutter so it installs, launches, and feels like a platform-specific app rather than a wrapped website.

The top priority is rock-solid, smooth native navigation (tab bars, back-stack, deep links, the whole lot). Beyond that, I still need the other mobile must-haves—offline use when a connection drops and push notifications—to be wired in cleanly, but navigation is the yard-stick I’ll judge first.

I’m comfortable with Flutter for its single codebase and native-level performance, so please stay within that stack. Any supporting libraries are fine as long as they are well-maintained and don’t bloat the build.

Deliverables I expect:
• Flutter codebase with clear structure and comments
• Release-ready builds for the App Store and Google Play (including all icons, splash screens, and store assets)
• Instructions to run, test, and build the project locally
• Demonstration that navigation, offline caching, and push notifications perform flawlessly on real devices
