Secure Client Dashboard Development

Project Overview
We looking for an experienced web developer or workflow automation specialist to design, build and deploy a secure client dashboard portal.
The portal will enable clients to:
• view their entities and key information;
• submit requests, questions and instructions;
• upload supporting documents;
• receive and download responses and completed documents;
• track the status of their requests; and
• review the complete history of their interactions.
The portal must be professional, intuitive and suitable for handling confidential corporate and personal information.

• provide us with ownership and administrative control over the source code, data and deployment.

Testing and Acceptance Criteria
Before completion, the freelancer must demonstrate that:
• one client cannot access another client’s information;
• one entity’s records do not appear under another entity;
• client and administrator permissions are properly separated;
• internal notes are not visible to clients;
• clients can submit requests and upload documents;
• we can respond and release documents securely;
• notifications are sent correctly;
• every interaction is recorded;
• Excel exports are complete and accurate;
• the portal works on desktop and mobile;
• the production deployment matches the approved design; and
• there are no material browser-console or application errors.
