I need an experienced freelancer to build a complete FID website + lead generation + automation system.

MAIN REQUIREMENTS:

• WordPress website / FID landing page
• Registration form with Name, Email, Phone and WhatsApp consent
• Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp Business/API and Google Business Profile integration
• UTM/source tracking
• n8n automation and webhooks
• Google Sheets / CRM lead management and duplicate prevention
• WhatsApp confirmation and automated reminders
• Zoom/Google Meet integration for FID group sessions
• YouTube Live option
• Attendance and no-show follow-up automation
• 1-to-1 consultation calendar booking with no double booking
• Payment integration
• Automated follow-up and customer journey
• Dashboard/reporting
• Error handling, notifications, backups and documentation
• System should be scalable for future AI automation

IMPORTANT OWNERSHIP & HANDOVER:

All production accounts, domain, hosting, WordPress, n8n, Google, Meta, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Telegram, WhatsApp/API, CRM, calendar, payment and other project accounts must remain under the Client's ownership and control.

Freelancer must provide complete handover of workflows, source files, configurations, documentation and backups.

The Freelancer must not retain exclusive control over any critical production component.

FREE SUPPORT:

The project will include 12 months free bug-fix/technical support after final acceptance and complete handover.

This includes fixing agreed-system errors, broken workflows and reasonable technical corrections.

New features, major redesigns or new scope will be separately agreed.

SOCIAL MEDIA ADVERTISING:

The Freelancer will handle technical social-media integration, tracking and automation.

Paid advertising campaign creation, funding, management and ad-spend are NOT included unless separately agreed in writing.

No automatic advertising commission or percentage of ad spend will apply.

FUTURE FREEDOM:

The Client remains free to hire and pay any other developer, freelancer, agency or service provider in the future.

No automatic future commission, royalty, percentage or payment entitlement will apply to the Freelancer unless separately agreed in writing.
