Secure and Restore Hacked Facebook Account

I still have full login access to both my Facebook profile and Business Settings, but an unwanted user – shown as an admin in my people list – has taken control of my ad account. He attached his own payment method, left an unpaid balance, and blocked every attempt I make to remove him or open a live-chat with Meta support.

The first and most urgent task is simple: get this person out of the ad account completely so I am the only administrator on every asset. Right after that, I need the outstanding charges reversed or formally disputed with Facebook so I am not held responsible. Once that crisis is handled, I want my business fully verified and every page, pixel, catalogue, and payment profile locked down with proper two-factor authentication so this can’t happen again.

Deliverables I expect:
• Removal of the unwanted admin from the ad account and Business Manager
• Successful initiation (and, if possible, completion) of a charge dispute or refund request for the unauthorized spend
• Verification of my business inside Business Manager, including upload of any documents Meta requests
• Review and hardening of security settings across all linked assets (pages, pixels, audiences, catalogue, payment methods)
