I run a Sri Lankan travel agency that focuses on cultural and sightseeing tours, and I’m ready to put my tour packages online. The site’s core job is straightforward: present each package clearly and make it effortless for visitors to send me an enquiry.
Here’s what I need the finished site to do:
• Display our cultural and sightseeing tours with the full itinerary and key places to visit for every day.
• Give each tour its own clean page with engaging copy, attractive images, and an enquiry form that sends messages straight to my inbox.
• Organise the packages in a way that lets travellers browse by region or duration, then dive into the detailed itinerary with one click.
• Load quickly on desktop and mobile, with a design that feels authentically Sri Lankan yet modern.
• Allow me to add, change, or remove tours easily—WordPress or another simple CMS is fine as long as I can manage it without coding.
• Optimise basic on-page SEO so international visitors searching for “Sri Lanka cultural tour” or similar phrases can find us.
Acceptance criteria
1. I can add a new tour, fill in itinerary fields, hit publish, and see it live instantly.
2. Enquiry forms arrive in my designated email with the tour name in the subject line.
3. The site passes Google’s mobile-friendly test and loads in under three seconds on 4G.
4. Sample tour pages (you’ll start with three) carry consistent styling and correct itinerary formatting.
If this sounds like your kind of project, let me know what platform you recommend and how long you’d need to deliver the first draft.
