Seamless Group Portrait Composite Editing

I need to integrate three separate portrait shots into an existing group photo so it looks as though everyone was captured together on the day. The goal is a completely natural blend—skin tones, shadows, highlights, depth of field, and even the subtle grain need to match the source image.
You’re free to decide the best spots for each person in the composition; I don’t have fixed positions in mind, so feel free to experiment and present what feels balanced and believable. Please handle full colour-matching and lighting adjustments so these new faces sit convincingly among the original group.
I’ll provide:
• the high-resolution group photo
• individual, high-resolution portraits of the three people to be added
Final deliverables I’ll need:
• a flattened, print-ready JPEG (300 dpi)
• a layered PSD or TIFF that shows your non-destructive workflow
I work in Photoshop myself, so smart-object or mask-based edits are preferred for easy future tweaks. Let me know your turnaround time and any questions you have before starting.
