Guide to Simple Sewing Techniques

I am looking for someone to assist in creating some sewing instructions for my website. These instructions are just covering one simple construction method (list below).
You will be writing the instructions and including photos for each step.

What you need to have:
You have either worked as a seamstress or have previous experience sewing garments.
- An understanding of sewing construction.
- A clean space with a lot of natural light to take the photos.
- Natural coloured fabric (like calico or similar). Ensure you have costed ~2m of fabric into your bid.
- Good quality Camera and basic photo editing skills (Crop, Levels adjustment).
- Sewing Machine (preferrable domestic).

The content I require:
- Sew a set-in sleeve
- Fabric gathering method
- Sewing darts
- Easing fabric between notches
- Folding and Pressing a Box Pleat
- Sewing a 1cm hem on curved edge (example on a circle skirt)
- Sew inseam pockets
- Cut and Make Bias Binding
- Applying Bias Binding

Deliverables / Quality:
A word document with the written instruction and place images
All photos sent as jpeg greater than 2000px by 1330px
Photos are clear, sharp and well lit.
