Scrape Informational Dropdown Items

I need the complete list of every option that appears in a single drop-down menu on an informational website. All I’m after is the visible text for each item—no URLs or additional attributes—captured exactly as it appears on the site https://www.tdlr.texas.gov/TABS/Search/ in the Location City field.

The final result should arrive as a clean CSV file I can open in Excel or Google Sheets. A single column with one row per item is fine; just keep the original order you find on the page.
