I have a collection of scanned documents that need to be transcribed accurately into a pre-formatted Excel sheet. This is straightforward Excel data entry—no formulas, just clear, error-free text transfer. Every line of text from the scans must go into the correct column I will specify so that the file is ready for sorting and filtering once you hand it back.
Because the material arrives as images, solid experience reading and typing from scanned sources (think fast, accurate “captcha-style” typing) is essential. Consistency in spelling, punctuation, and spacing matters; I will be spot-checking against the originals.
You will receive:
• PDF batches (roughly 30–40 pages each)
• An Excel template with named columns
On delivery I expect:
• A single Excel workbook, fully populated
• Zero empty rows where text exists on the scan
• Accuracy rate of 99 % or better
If you are comfortable working quickly with scanned text and keeping errors to a minimum, let’s get started right away.
