I have a PDF made up of scanned pages and I need every paragraph re-typed into an editable Word document. The job is strictly text-only; all images or graphics that appear in the scan can be ignored.

Please keep any bold or italic emphasis exactly as it appears, but there is no need to replicate more complex layout elements.
