Precise PDF to Word Typing

I have a collection of clear, easily readable scanned PDFs that contain text only. Each page needs to be re-typed into Microsoft Word so the resulting document matches the original layout, fonts, paragraph spacing, headings, and any bullet or numbered lists exactly as they appear in the PDF.

Accuracy matters more than speed; every character, line break, and heading level must be preserved. Because the source files are crisp, there is no OCR cleanup—this is straightforward manual typing with careful proofreading.

Deliverables:
• A separate, fully editable .docx file for every supplied PDF
• Formatting that mirrors the PDF page by page
• Zero spelling or punctuation deviations from the source

I will supply the PDFs as soon as we start, and I’ll review each Word file for fidelity before sign-off.
