I need a complete e-commerce website that is purpose-built to boost sales. From the first click through checkout the experience should feel effortless, persuasive, and secure so visitors convert at a high rate.

Scope
• Strategy: translate my product line and target audience into a logical catalog structure, persuasive product pages, and a streamlined purchase flow.
• Design & UX: modern, responsive layouts with fast loading times, clear calls-to-action, and mobile-first checkout.
• Build: set up the core storefront (WooCommerce, Shopify, or a comparable platform you can recommend), configure payment gateways, tax/shipping rules, and automated order notifications.
• Growth tools: integrate analytics, Facebook Pixel/Google Tag Manager, basic on-page SEO, and an email capture funnel for abandoned-cart recovery.
• Handover: short video walkthrough or written guide so I can update inventory and run promotions without touching code.

Acceptance criteria
1. Site loads in under three seconds on Google PageSpeed for both mobile and desktop.
2. End-to-end test order processes without errors.
3. Analytics correctly records page views, add-to-carts, and purchases.
4. Admin dashboard lets me add or edit products, discounts, and shipping tiers with no plugins breaking.

Tell me which platform fits my goals best, how long each milestone will take, and any assets you need up front (branding, product photos, copy). Let’s turn visitors into paying customers.
