## Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced **Sales Closer / Lead Conversion Specialist** to manage inbound leads generated through our Meta (Facebook and Instagram) advertising campaigns.

Your primary responsibility will be to contact interested prospects, understand their requirements, build trust, handle objections, follow up consistently, and successfully close deals for our U.S. home service clients.

We need someone who understands the American customer, communicates confidently in English, and has a proven ability to convert leads into paying customers.

## Key Responsibilities

- Handle and manage inbound leads generated through Meta advertising campaigns.
- Contact U.S.-based prospects via phone calls, SMS, and email.
- Understand customer needs and present appropriate home service solutions.
- Follow up with prospects and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Handle objections, negotiate professionally, and close deals successfully.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update CRM systems.
- Track calls, follow-ups, conversions, and lost sales.
- Work toward agreed sales targets and improve lead-to-sale conversion rates.
- Coordinate with our team to ensure a smooth customer experience.

## Requirements

- Minimum **7+ years of professional sales and closing experience**.
- Proven experience selling to U.S.-based customers.
- Fluent English with clear pronunciation and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Strong phone sales, objection-handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience managing inbound leads generated through paid advertising is preferred.
- Experience in home services, roofing, plumbing, solar, windows, or bathroom remodeling is a strong advantage.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and lead management tools.
- Must be based in India and comfortable working the U.S. night shift, five days a week.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.
